did the level 90 mission get changed?
the guide says one thing

hi there ,if its the Results Confirmation mission ,i think you need to kill the elite ,should be 3 of them every 10 min
no hk set till 500

it is "results confirmation" however there is no elite in the area. i had to make a device to stick into a malfunctioning machine. and it said i am done. all the guides say to do what you said.
