Is there a range where you can´t accept a bounty on a player 1000+ levels below you?

 

for example:

 

I get placed on bounty board, as a level 100.

Player X is level 3100, looking to clear some bounty.

Can player X accept a bounty on a level 100 player?

 

If yes, this is so broken on so many levels.. I hope I am wrong and that theres a level range something simillar to Ladder.

There is not a range. EOC players can clear a level 1's bounty.. It just costs them more Bounty Tickets.

I don't see it as broken and have never had a problem with someones level on BB. the level does effect the exp loss but it doesnt change after 50 levels or so (im guessing on the 50 levels)

There is no range. Bounty ticket cost is no higher then 100 per bounty. The bounty board is not the same as straight pvp. The bb is there to be used as punishment. I don't see any level restrictions as needed. If you don't want to get cleared by whoever is working as a bh that day, then don't get put on the board to be punished. 

 

I prefer clearing bounties on players much higher level then me. It's one of the few challenging things left in the game.

The Bounty Board is fine as it is and does not need any level ranges.
