BG and crew, I really like the idea of hiding information about the Epics and make people find it by themselfs, for real, I really like.

But that brings an enourmous problem for the Titan Leader of the Guilds (that's my case), since the Guild Log doesn't stay for much time, it's almost impossible to keep track of the TKP the guild have and save the information, usually I keep track like this:

TKP Remaining: 2000

1000 - Player A
700 - Player B
300 - Player C

-

All I need to do go to Scout Tower, see how much kills we got, compare to how much TKP we have, see how much was the TKP Bonus and apply over the % of each hunter, but without knowing the TKP we have that's impossible.

We could still hide the information about the Epic itself, but would be possible to add at least the name of the Titan and the TKP we have on it? That would make everything easier.

Thank you for finally making the global event challenging! Unfortunately there is already a large group of players who feel entitled to achieve the ultimate top pot because of the ease with which it has been possible to earn in the past. Please do not give into the eventual demands that are no doubt coming.

I'd like to send hugs and thank yous out to the numerous people who have made a big, selfless effort to get into the community spirit and give out the info on how to find the Titans. 

 

You have all, once again, reminded me exactly why I continue to play this game. Kudos! 

 

EDIT: I kind of debated putting this in this one, but thought a double post might be spammy. I have no knowledge but am concerned about the issue in post #21 which I had also "liked" to call attention to it. Without too much thinking, it seems like a good solution to me.

PS: I know we don't receive any TKP yet, whit is even worst to follow, because we don't receive any Log message at all!

Without that, how could we possibly follow up the TKP each hunter have? 

Please, do the follow:

Show Titan name on Titan Rewards.
Show TKP Avaliable.
Hide: Item, TKP Required and the 'buy' button.
Give us Guild Log messages about the bonus TKP.

Seems reasonable enough.

quick question about the quest ... does the global doubler work when i have to kill 1k of the mobs for the quest ?

1. "They're Under The Ground" doesn't appear in the quest book (well, doesn't in mine)

Yes they are. They are both on the Seasonal Quest Book page.
 

2. Despite there being 2 spook smasher setups for sale, only the "Spook Smasher Caster" is allowed to kill the spooks, not the "Spook Smasher Slime Spewer"

Just like it's been the last two years.Smashers are for Spooks and Tommy. Spewers are for Ovig and the Colossus.
 

3. The Gargantuan Clamper Worm is, obviously, around Level 450 (from the info on the homepage) but there's nothing to give any indication (that I could see at least) as to the approximate level of the Tyrannicus Nox ?

 
Because in the old days, players used to hunt this information out and share on the forums. Was hoping that could return.
 

4. FOUR HUNDRED titan kills ? (even with quest hunter) ? - is that meant to be that high ?

That could be scaled down a touch if needs be.
 

5. Are "Han Valley" and "Virtue" meant to be accessible thru the "Oidhche Shamhna" realm ? - if so, they're invisible ?
 
(EDIT - OK, it seems that these 2 new titans DO NOT follow the norm that the previous 2 did and spawn somewhere in the "Oidhche Shamna" realm).

Yeah, changed it up a little this year. I may move the doorways to the realm of Oidhche Shamna though if people are having too hard a time of it.

You've not been watching the other Globals, have you? That total is regularly smashed. We'll see how the Community does with this one.
 

If your guild is on cool down for a kill how do you or will you be able to still do quest? I hope this can be clarified.

Both new titans are set to the special titan setting. This means they respawn quicker and ought to allow Quest hits even if the Guild is on cooldown. If that's not the case, please lemme know!

Generally the Cows like to let players find out about new stuff by experiencing it first hand. It's up to the community to post the info when we find it. That said, it'd be nice to at least have an update to the Titan Rewards page though.

Titan Rewards are updated once a secure has been made.
 

The level 450 titan (Gargantuan Clamper Wurm) is in a level 450 area. You need to teleport to the 451 realm, head to Caves of Kreth (Level 10) and the portal to the realm is in there.[/url]

My guess for the other titan is around the same idea, but haven't been able to confirm yet.

Nope. Higher level. Think somewhere in the 1,000s.

The fastest way to get to the spawn location for the level 450 titan, the Gargantuan Clamper Wurm (Titan):

• Portal to the level 451 realm (Dark Mist Forest)
• enter Dark Mist Forest (Edge)
• go to Caves of Kreth (Level 10)
• go to The Virtue Desert. And that is where the titan spawns

Just been informed of this myself so :-

Happens every Global. We always get told it's too high, yet I wait and watch and on the final day, bam. Total is demolished! I'm gonna keep tweaking them up a bit as we continue forward as it SHOULDN'T be a given.

 *crawls out of tomb*... From what my worm-eaten brain remembers (hence, unreliable), the last similar chest reward, the community only managed crystal.

I've always argued that I feel Ruby should only be achievable via exceptional effort. It should NOT be the norm.

Up to the players to decide what they want then. As has been mentioned, You don't always have to get Ruby. But you can push for it if you wish.

They are seasonal Titans, yes.

Yes you can. Special Titans override cool IF you have the quest.

Nope. The prize is only added once a SECURE is in place.

Whoops. Just realised my Community Total was slightly off. It's been tweaked down but should still be a serious challenge.
