Abandon option would be good.

Agreed.  At the very least, the ability to simply abandon a relic.  Make it part of the Guild attributes so the Guild Founder can assign who in the guild will have this ability or not.

How about we just add the ability to abandon a relic after a week and call it good. The relics worth taking will be taken anyway, and the ones that aren't can left behind.

True, but part of the fun would also be seeing a relic suddenly disappear from a guild's posession, thus making player run back to the relic to reclaim it.

What's the point of this?  Market values of any item are determined by what someone is willing to sell at a price someone is willing else is willing buy.  Nothing else matters.

Agreed.  Price is determined by the supply and demand at the time.  Often, I've puchased an item, only to come back a week or a month later and see that the same item is selling for half of what I paid.  I have also purchased items, such as the Forest Cave Potion for 40K in gold, which is now currently selling for 1 FSP, with only four or fave showing as available in the AH. 

 

It's all about the supply available and the demand for that supply.

To make Relic control more interesting, what if there was a creature or other device that would randomly wipe out a Relic, removing it from a guild?  This way, if a guild wanted the Relic back, they would have to reclaim it, or if the guild previously owned it but did not want it back, they could leave it open. This would prove very interesting for the more upper-escelon Relics that offered additional stamina gain.

In FS, what if, above Titans, we added something like a Colossus? It would drop a primary item that would be guild-related, not player-related, along with an additional item that could be player-related.  The primary item could be a new structure or even develop a new guild-related category to go along with structures and relics, such as a guild crystal or or guild beacon.  The structure, crystal or beacon would offer an additional benefit to the guild as a whole.

 

What seperates this from Titans is that becasue the primary drop is guild-related, there is little benefit to one guild being piggish by continually going after the same Colossus, since the primary drop is eally only beneficial once.  Of course, guilds could still go after the Colossus since there will be secondary drops that would yield items similar to Titan drops.

 

The Colossus would require a far greater effort to kill, above the effort required for a Titan.  Perhaps five times the effort to kill, thus it would warrant a greater guild involvement.

Example: The guild with the most points could receive a Colossus Structure that added some attribute, such as extra stamina, additional max stamina, or an increase to an enhancement. Additionally, the top three of five individuals with the most skills would receive a drop of some potions or something that once used, is gone.
