From my experience you have been removed as you where a bad member of the community that flamed and trolled others. You have been warned in the past and you did your best to ignore the warnings. You then made multiple accounts to abuse the game so this resulted in your ip being banned. 

You keep returning so it will keep happening until such a time that it expires or you learn to behave yourself.
