Unfortunately, this might just be me, because I had a similar problem a while back in FallenSword.
I've signed up for several of the rewards ads and surveys. I DID get some of the crystals I was supposed to, but currently there are 5, that I've signed up for that were worth 10 crystals apiece - and they just aren't showing up.

Any chance of looking into it?
