Cows please fix the game, ive gotten constant lag in the game for about 2 weeks or so, not the only one having this issue. At this point i dont even want to play if everything loads long.

Now we are approaching level 5000 I thought Id share Windbattles old thread on a prestige system and see what everyones opinions are on it. I personally think its a great Idea and really help the health of the game ,although there will be a few hurdles to get around.

Yes if the prestieged players get a exp boost % and something else then why not, more activity overall in the game. Thus adding extra content for EOC that they so much crave and desire.

A skill similar to composing, where you basically have an interface to choose what fish to fish but you need to be on a specific fishing spot to catch a specific type of fish(limited time areas would have some sort of special fish that are pretty rare and valuable). - you can buy different lures and fishing rods. Special bound potions for fishing points. Fish would be resources that you get into your inventory - starting out it would be like a 30% chance to catch a fish. You could use resources from fish for various new reciepes and maybe for a couple new aquatic armor sets/weapons. As you progress higher on the fishing skill you could maybe use a fishing net or maybe hire a mercenary(s) to fish for you at a extremely worse rate that you would yourself provided they got the fishing supplies to do so - the possibilites are endless. Instead of a timer you would get like a estimate when you catch your next fish ranging from Time-Time pretty much like the concept of ladder resets but lower intervals.

Guild Achievement for successfully attacking a relic would be nice
Introduce new recipes to make elemental keys to limit exploitation and have a new gold sink.
The group leader will require vision, reveal and the correct elemental key to gain Guild Achievement points for a successful relic capture.
The element keys can be associated with the area the relic is in or, as is traditional with elemental items, opposite the area's element...fire vs ice...holy vs undead...etc.
All normal activities of relic operations remain the same.
I thought vision and reveal would be a nice touch since the player is searching for a hidden keyhole in the dark
There are already recipes for elemental keys and elemental keys: Rock Aspect Key, Water Aspect Key, Lightning Aspect Key used in a lvl 1000 quest "The Circle of Elements" so it would be controversial with the game lore. I feel like this elemental stuff would overcomplicate things, the current system looks fine but needs some tinkering with. Perhaps adding a gold sink to reinforce your relic like you can with guild bonuses, so it would increase the bonuses/defense bonuses and upkeep for the relic and the bonuses would reset to default when someone captures it.

Cracking up 20 guild conflicts per week for months, comparing how much damage we did, raging over deflects - best time in fallensword ever.
We once decided to go after the #2 pvp guild at the time - when we initiated the conflict all the players there were lit up with buffs like the 4th of july
When i first was making the lvl 100 titan quest, i tried to kill it for a week then quit trying - still havent killed it many years later
