yes you can,but it may be more of a hassle,you can install an android emulator onto the pc, then use it like a mobile phone

Sorry, at this time it's only available through Steam for the PC.
Android emulators are not supported by us, so we may be unable to help with any technical issues that arise from playing on one.

yea.... i've tried 5 or so,and each one seems to have something broken lol,not to mention they can be annoying to set up
