Quest wandering wisps at can not be completed as you can't interact with the wisps. It shows the ? above there head but will not register that you've actually received the quest. http://i.imgur.com/HX6jOk4.jpg

Thanks for the report.  Fixed this issue and will be resolved in the next update we push.  Unfortunately, until then you won't be able to complete the quest.  Sorry about that.
