Ran around a little bit today; hadn't been on much lately. One thing that I still can't figure out from the first round of beta is how to stack my skill hotbars. All I can do is toggle from side to side. Is there something I'm missing in-game or perhaps here on the forums? Maybe it just isn't there, but I hope it is doable eventually, as it drove me nuts earlier on.

Yeah you can't stack them, if you press the key 'Z' it will let you switch between hot bars instead of clicking.
I agree though and have made some topics in the past that the hotbars would be much more useful if they were stack-able.
