If this is the case, then it clears up one small point against my logic in my previous post, i.e. that the three quick votes for DarkDragon were the vampires trying to get momentum behind their candidiate.
Actually looking back through, I saw that nuke was one of the three. Not going to change it as it seems still too early to be sure, but not too early to try to see trends. And we can always lynch the Mayor later should it prove necessary.

it lacks any second guessing by voting for yourself (because you know what role you have) and if everyone did it we'd have a stalemate situation

Well, if we lynch one of the people who he says are vampires, and they turn out to be a vampire, then he must be the master, so we lynch him.
But maybe he's a vampire and he's putting forward the names of innocent townspeople, so if we lynch one of them and they're not a vampire, then Nuke must be the master, so we lynch him.

Ahh.... Now the paranoia takes hold of the crowd. Soon, it will turn into an angry mob, ready to lynch somebody before they've even picked a mayor.
Here's how it breaks down guys. Pick a mayor. If mayor is a vamp, they'll eventually screw up and leave a clue to it as they will have to interact with the group a whole lot more. If the mayor is a human, he or she will likely be turned into a vamp later. OR the vamps will kill him. OR the vamps will leave him or her as a human just so that when we get frustrated over not having actually killed a real vamp yet, we'll jump to the logical conclusion that our mayor is a vamp and lynch another innocent.
So no matter which way this plays out, the person that is mayor will die. If it's a vamp, they'll die cause we'll suspect it a bit later in the game. If it's a human, they'll die because we'll think it's a vamp later in the game, or we'll think it got turned into a vamp. Or they'll die cause the vamps want to play mind games with us and kill every human.
So, who wants to be the sacrifical lamb led to slaughter?
Let's decide on a mayor, and then work on killing each other off in the hopes we randomly get a vampire.

Yes, but my logic is terribly, terribly flawed. I do think there may be something fishy about nuke though, so I'm going to unvote: nuke for mayor and withhold my vote again for the time being.

But it was fun!
The vamps though, made a bad move towards the end before Mr. P disappeared. Not gonna say what it was now, cause well, I'm hoping they'll make the same mistake twice!

actually, if one of out specialty class villagers comes foreward, it might make sense for them to be mayor (granted they would then be an easy target for a vampire attack/conversion, so angel needs to be ready there). maybe the elf?
