Hell yeah ! And i accept frog's idea . As for zombie's idea , would be better if the winner gets the gem reward or loot . Apart from this A weekly quest reward .

Weeky Quest, mean people be do at least 10 match for weekly reward,  As with zombie idea Add some Gold would be nice.

Every one  get's 1-2% exp not much reward and valor add Gold make it bit more rewarding!

 

Add weeky chest to loot table make it more so for people join pvp!

It's way to easy for people to farm games for gems or gold (atleast when the population picks up).

 

I'd rather seen them add more rewards to the valor shop, some rewards require a certain level (such as 10, 20, 30 etc).

 

This wouldn't fix any drama about group queing, the only way to fix that is to seperate group queing from solo queing (so you either que solo with others solo or que as a group fighting others who are grouped). However that is not worth it until the population picks up otherwise we'd never see any pvp, maybe 1 or 2 games.

HCS could add an option to queue as spectator too. It will be fun to watch other fights from arena cages. xD
 

I have some ideas to make pvp more diverse. The arena in Nidaros is abandoned after the quest, I think we can make it a class only arena. Remember when the guy let you choose a weapon, if you choose bow, your opponents will also use bow? A level cap can be added too.

Another kind of arena can be added above Garai Coliseum. There are stairs we can get up to if we don't enter Garai Coliseum dungeon. An entrance can be added there. For this arena, you move from room to room. Sometimes you fight players, sometimes you fight monsters or boss, just like the second boss of Garai Coliseum, until last man standing.

 

A weekly event can also be added, there will be a big ship at the dock. If you want to board it, you need to pay a fee/ticket (as a gold sink). The ship will sail to a battleground, one large map connected with many medium and small maps. There could be fortress for all kingdoms. Once entered, you cannot chat and automatically be removed from group. Everybody will appear in vanity set, just like in Dragon Battle! So nobody knows who is facing who. Players will get assigned to different kingdoms: Fire, Ice, Light, Dark (Infernal Empire), Nature (Eldevin Kingdom) or Blood. If you died, you respawn as another random kingdom's soldier? Every player will get a different quest objective, for example CTF, TDM, Domination. But since you cannot chat to find a group with same quest objective, I think it will be fun? It has to be completed before event end. The quest reward is 1 bound repair kit (useful after world boss fights). This can encourage players who never tried pvp get a taste of it too.

Why not every time you do a pvp game you get a token and the amount of tokens you get is based on if you won or not and  how you performed and you can exchange those tokens for gold crate , items ,etc.Then people would actually look forward into those items thus getting people to play pvp.

Maybe a world that has something VERY powerful that each kingdom wants.
Lore:
Maybe a magical realm that has been created by the sp'hires (or how you write it) when they where put together), it took 10 years to find the realm, but the founder talked too high about it and in some weeks every kingdom knew about it
Objective:
The objective could be to get i.e. Crystal shards from a giant crystal in the middle and to kill other kingdoms soldiers and king and to destroy other kingdoms resources (You would have to craft the armor, food, potions etc. used in event?). 
At start:
The players would be placed in one of the kingdoms. You would get a other name (this name change as you die), this is to make this more realistic and maybe hide peoples identity as D4VYJONES wrote (if i understood right). If you switch kingdoms you could have knowledge about how to get past the defenses etc. so I don't like the idea. 
As you proceed:
If you make much weapons, gather much shards, kill many from other kingdoms you can rank up and get better privileges (i.e. buffs and the ability to spend crystal shards (there's always one that can choose that (he/she/all who have highest reputation))and more, throw some ideas!) and if you die you get down ranked. The shards could be used to upgrade things in the kingdom you have been placed in (further called "your kingdom"). 
I.e. At start you got 5 copper nodes, 3 coal nodes, 5 pynwood trees, 5 stickleback shores, 5 tier 1 crystal nodes (forgot the name), 2 lime trees, 2 void mushroom plants, 2 green apple trees, 5 farming plots etc. and you use 50 crystal shards to upgrade the mining field so you get a additional copper, coal and a bronze node. 
Every crystal shard takes a single inventory slot and takes 10 seconds to acquire. 
If you die you drop EVERYTHING (in a loot chest) and loose reputation (that usually cause you to down rank).
If any sort of building profession gets added, then you can build the castle bigger and better, till that you can only get that with crystal shards. The third component and other things you would have to buy from a shop you can buy from shopkeepers in your kingdoms castle for cash you can get from monsters lurking in the woods and mountains on the way to the crystal.
End: 
If your kingdoms king (a npc level 50 (all attribute points in vitality) that can't fight (their names are the same as the champions and the prince (before you ask "why can't they fight?", they can't fight because you have to defend them and in lore: they have gone strange, corrupted and wicked (and lazy) as they started to think what they get if they win this (as they got the powerful crystal for themselves)))) dies. Your kingdom gets defeated. So if all other kings dies your kingdom wins. 
 
Well I hope that's everything. Feel free to discuss. This was just a idea I made up when I read D4VYJONES's post.
