"Change of the Guard"

Eyes they felt like Winter
hold promises of Spring
Took him from that old place
where echoes softly ring
She's there just like an Autumn breeze,
felt but never touched
Church bells and wind chymes
never tell too much
Silver skies and bitter cold
for better or worse
Make way for spring and summer showers
Scents of rain and earth



"Haiku Compilation 1"

A stone cant feel rain
Can not sense the seasons change
Why cry for mountains?

The wind cannot breath
Numb embrace of hair and boughs
Does one mourn the breeze?

Live, but have no qualms
To be at peace like a stone
Or free like the wind...
