I'm not even seeing him on your minimap, unless I'm colourblind and that's actually a little blue dot in front of you...

he is there on minimap, my char is headin towards him - blue dot "below horizont" (bottom of minimap).

You need to, not be so suspicious about stuff. Im there on the minimap, I was up on the hill where the lvl 30's are, once he steppe closer to me he could see me properly.

seen this isue before, killing Lvl 25 wisp some standing bey npc give quest head in cave! Was up on hill see there name not them, did not get screen shot see get one if get to that area some standing there!

It's a known bug with heights sometimes it projects people's names on your screen when they are behind you in the camera space. Will look into fixing this.
