I'm having an issue loading the game. I just entered the "Medial Void" and now I'm stuck at the "Loading Splash" screen. It doesn't seem to be loading; I even let it sit and try to load for 15 minutes as I did some errands around the house yet the bar is still empty. I have tried to relog into the game and restarted the browser but the freezing still continues. Rebooting did nothing, switching internet browsers from Chrome to Firefox did not fix the issue either. Clearing the cache also failed.
