Okay so I've been asked to take care of the next GGT (what number is this one?).

 

 

Here's how I see the planning.

 

We currently are Tuesday, Septembre 2014.

 

1- I would run 4 mini-competitions (1 AotW and 1 SotW) each week starting next monday. No prize for those. Participants entry would all go to the big graphic auction to get funds for the GGT.

 

2- Along with those competitions, anybody willing to donate any Avatars or Signatures are welcome to do so starting now. Please use the forum to do so.

 

3- You can also donate FSP to the pot directly, also starting now.

 

4- Also, any help with advertising to get graphic donations for auction, participants, FSP donations are more then welcome.

 

5- I would start the auction after 3 weeks of mini-competitions. That would be September 29th, 2014. That would be the same day I announce the 4th and last mini-competition.

 

6- I would let 2 weeks between the last mini-competition and the start of the GGT. That would bring us on October 14th, 2014.

 

 

 

 

How does that sound to you guys?

I think this is GGT 8, also great planning but wanted to ask about something in first point by "entry" you mean fsp entry or the avi or sig entry ? Or both ? But can we make the auction and GGT a week or two earlier if its ok for you and everyone, if no then its still cool :)

By entry I meant the graphic. They will be no entry fee for the mini-competitions.

 

As for the dates things will begin, I'm all open to change it.

Thx Roan :) its just because my school starts around the 20th of September so the earlier the GGT begins the earlier it will be before my exams, but don't worry will sneak on my computer to make the GGT pieces anyway, will also start making avis for the auction once I get my computer back :)

BTW, when is the participation list thread is going to start ? I would suggest it would be a good while before the GGT so we can gather up as many participants as we can
