looks to me pretty much like -> new canvas 300x300 -> open the render as layer & resize it -> on the bg layer Filters -> Render -> Clouds -> Plasma.

yeah and how do u like get the url or whatever to add a siggy for the profile not the link to the site the thing were it show the image.

just put that link inbetween the image tags, to get:
