Hey all. Im posting this on behalf of the active community and any old commers and new commers....

Is there anything we can do as a community to get this game back up and running? i believe it has so much potential but you just dont see it HCS, im sure youll get more players and players coming back if you start working on it a little, add a few things, change a few things maybe remove a few things.. im positive the community that plays now,  including myself could bring players back, and bring new commers.

i have a few ideas if you are interested? and please if anyone else is interested then feel free to drop your own ideas down

Well done Mac. I have little hope anyone is even listening, but little is better than none :P

HCS people decided to drop what is a sure and easy income that they could have got from SS2 and go chase the rainbow.

Maybe they will finally see that which is right before their eyes... and then maybe (and sadly most likely) they won't... :/

Allowing us to run the content again with a different character would be nice. Also would not require any changes. Content is already there.

thats a great idea... if they dont wanna bring out more content then let us have multiple characters like they have in eldevin... bring in some content up until lvl 500 would be nice tho... that way it gives people who are at lvl 420+ something to finish off

I don't really see them bringing Sigmastorm back. Heck even Legacy (Game I mainly play) is becoming Sigmastorm. I played Sigmastorm a few years back, but quit eventually.  But back to the main topic, I really don't see HCS bringing this game back unless it is generating revenue for them. Legacy is actually becoming a lot like sigmastorm in where we have a about 100-250 core members left who log in everyday. But HCS or the Game's owner (Zorg) don't have the time or really care to update it.

It does generate some revenue for HCS so I suggested boycotting buying anything from HCS until they fix it. Perhaps I'm going the wrong way about it but it seems that only Fallensword or Eldevin matters now. Even though Eldevin hasn't really done well.

It's just really sad to see the way that games die like this because staff just forget about us, and put us off to the wayside while they work on new projects and are never to be seen again.

Hey there.

Active development ended on Sigmastorm years ago. I seriously doubt it'll ever start back up, though I'll certainly ask if it's possible to allow players multiple characters to run through the game as each class.

Understandable, is there a way you could atleast drop in more content up until lvl 500? as you have buffs at that level and players stuck between 400-500 not being able to do much

I would say that's extremely unlikely.

As BigGrim mentioned, we are no longer actively developing Sigmastorm 2, however we don't currently have plans to take it offline.
