My dad had progress in tgis game on Microsoft then that reactor thing said to connect to Facebook so he made a Facebook so he could connect to it and since joining his Facebook to his game he has now lost the progress he made and has the Facebook progress.. his Microsoft one still shows on the board he's mad cause I told him to connect to Facebook... how do I did it please help

I have a problem my dad plays this game and cause of that reactor thing he got a Facebook account after connecting the game to Facebook it went to pretty much starting over his progress on the Microsoft still shows up but he can't get back to that... help
