Right now, most of the graphics community is lost in a limbo of being buried  on the FallenSword forum and with the auctions hidden away in the FS Marketplace subforum.  It takes a while for anyone not regularly on the forum to find it, and being that the forums have merged it would seem like a graphics community shouldn't be regulated to just one little corner.  

 

Could we please have the Graphics section made into its own subforum here in general?  I'm sure I'm not the only one of the folks who frequent that section who would like to embrace the idea of the merge with open arms for artists from other games within the HCS community. Please let us out of the dark so we can mingle with everyone while strutting our stuff.

 

(And artists, please feel free to like the post as a show of support for the idea, and maybe post samples to help keep this bumped too?)

Who from Gothador, SigmaStorm, and all the other HCS games know to go to FallenSword forums for their avatar/signature needs?

I agree...it would definitely encourage more cross-game interaction.

It would encourage cross-game interaction -- but when it comes to shops, I foresee difficulties.

I'd like to see more activity in the graphics section. So I support this.

Shop difficulties was the initial thing that led to my suggesting a universal token purchase center (and that it be forum based) so that a global currency could be used for the exchanges

+1 on this, it took me awhile to find the graphics section when the forums were merged.

It will be harder to track Thieves (unless the player plays all games) but, I think that it will bring more of variety of players interested so I am all for it!

This was the thing that bothered me most about the new forums. The first thing I did was check all the other game's subforums only to be disappointed that they didnt even have a graphics section. It seems kind of silly for the only outlet for any artists on their games to have to go to one specific game's forum to interact with their peers.
