(Co-At and SH are assumed, of course)

Easily one-hits monsters and (vast majority of) champions from there to 1013 and, on paper, up to 1029 (haven't calculated beyond there)

In a (somewhat) related question, do "plus X% damage" buffs work additively, or are they multiplicative?

For example, with a big enough kill streak, Death Dealer adds 20% to damage. Also, let's say I have a 10% relic bonus to damage. Does this add 30% to damage (gotten by adding 20% and 10%), or 32% (gotten by multiplying 1.2 and 1.1)?

With only DD and relics, the difference is small. But let's say you have DD, 10% relic, 3 sets for Smashing Hammer, and Coordinated Attack going. That would be damage bonuses of 20%, 10%, 26.25%, and 8.75% respectively. Additively, this would add 65% damage, but if you multiply instead, you get just over 81% extra damage.

Some buffs add bonuses directly to your stats. Examples are EW, EA, Berserk, Fury and SH. Relics also work this way.
Other buffs add bonuses to your total stats. Examples are CA and DD.

First the "direct" buffs add their bonuses to your total stats. This results in the stats that are shown on your profile page. Then the other buffs, like DD and CA add their bonuses based on the stats on your profile.
This means a 10% relic bonus and SH 175 (3 sets) will raise your stats by 10% + 26.25% = 36.25%. Your total stats (on the profile) are now 136.25%.
Buffs like DD and CA 100 will raise your stats by 20% + 25% = 45% of your profile stats. So they will raise the 136.25% stats to a total of 136.25% * 145% = 197.5625%.

I forgot how CoorA works, but I'm pretty sure it's a "direct" buff like SH, Bers, etc.

Your example would lead to:
( 100% + 10% + 26.25% + 8.75% ) * 120% <20% from DD> = 174%. So it's a 74% total bonus from those 4 bonuses.

@350 the best damage setup probably is

sabertooth + octo + green spine + bahmou, ursa sword probably beats hammer but not 100% sure. Tested today, sabertooth + bahmou + sekhs with ursa sword, green boots and octo rune rules.

300-350 I'd say

sabertooth + sekhs + bahmou + skallys + hammer + ivar rune

not sure if this one is the best possible, but that's what I've been using.

edit: 350 set gives over 10k dmg without DD, the 300 one ~8k.

Right now I'm trying to put together a set for level 710-749. The best I've come up with is:

Phellans set
Volkers set
Ormarrs set
Twisted Cherub Amethyst Band
Colvis Boots

With Fury 175, Berserk 368, EW 1575, EA 175, DD, Smashing Hammer, Coordinated Attack, and a 5% relic bonus, I'm getting 23825 damage, assuming the percentages are additive (worst-case scenario).

It would get even easier (maybe able to drop Coordinated Attack) if I use a distilled Giant's Vigor Potion, allowing me to equip the Dawn Chomper set at level 729. 8)

Edit: my math was off; I was double-counting something. Fixed now.

Thank you I'll add it to the list

Will change it to this setup the next edit, its better than the ones I wrote down and you have to change less from setup :)

Thank you

Level 600+
Takeos Set
Yojimbos Set
Sekhs Set
Demon Queen Set
Illuyankas Finned Boots

Level 680+
Kifos Set
Yojimbos Set
Sekhs Set
Demon Queen Set
Illuyankas Finned Boots

Not sure about all the stats on these. But with SH and other top buffs you can get around 19,000+ Damage with nice Defense and Attack stats.

Thank you, will add it the next edit.

The 600 setup has a little less damage after SH than the level 575 setup, but the 680 one has 400 more damage after SH.

more damage (20,000+) with Sabertooth set instead of Demon Queen, defense is lower but I have no problem with it...

Well noticed, that 400 damage difference is a huge difference, thank you. Editting it now.

Level 680+
Kifos Set
Yojimbos Set
Sekhs Set
Demon Queen Set

if we just look att raw damage (and glance at attack)

the above (with demon queen swapped to sabretooth) (most numbers taken from wiki)
gives damage: 2970+1830+1250+1225+810=8085
and attack: 1774+0+0+400+260=2434
and 4 sets for SH

this
Kifos Set
Dusk Chomper Set
Ral Treeman Set
Farn org Shield
Twisted Cherub Amethyst Band
Ormarrs Helm

gives damage: 2970+2590+1170+1005+740+950=9425
and attack: 1774+0+190+0+320+0=2284
(with the possibilty to swith to Polar Spine Set if more attack is needed 1930/893 compared to 2590/0 on Dusk Chomper Set)
so damage is almost 1.4k higher, but only three sets for SH

but... 8085 + 35% = 10914
and 9425 + 26,25% = 11899

so damage is still almost 1k higher even after SH

Volkers
Acherons
Solar Spine
Greater Quango
Ja Khans Staff

It gives quite a bit more damage and attack, but has no significant defense/armor.

Probably the highest damage setup in the game at the moment. 8)

The set I use is:

Volkers set
Ormarrs set
Dawn Chomper set
Wraiths touch bone ring
King Zelrokhs boots
Meidos rune

This set gets over 25K damage with EW1500 and the new buffs. The downside is that it's pretty pricey. To counter that you can farm the ring, boots, and rune. The volkers set you can now win in the arena, along with the components needed for the ormarrs set.

Your setup there is nice but here is one that ive been using its about the same just more attack and a bit more damage

Volkers Set
Kifos Set
Dawn chomper set
Wraiths touch bone ring
King Zelrokhs boots
Ormarrs helm or Echibor turban -cheap alternative gives about 210 less damage at no where near the cost of ormarrs

Also kifos set is better than ormarrs (gives 600 more damage and gobs of att) till 810 when you will be able to run 4 sets then it would be

Volkers set
Ormarrs set
Dawn chomper set
Greater Quango (ring/rune) set
King Zelrokhs boots

Instead of the 280 set you have, this would work out a bit better. It's negligible in difference, though, and not so much in price.

~Gloves of Servala
~Helmet of Xenix
~Amulet of Laugeh (or Amulet of Lezhal/Ivar Neck Piece if using Smashing Hammer)
~Reborn Elemental Air Javelin (or Inferno Hammer; Ivars Flail also works with Smashing Hammer or not)
~Sekhs Armor
~Sekhs Shield
~Ring of Ignoal
~Skaldirs Frostbitten Steps
~Rune of Validar (or Rune of Lezhal/Ivar Rune if using Smashing Hammer)

Also, the 300 set lists Octo Spine, which isn't available until 350.

So, something like:
~Lord Valks War Gauntlet (or Bahmou Mask if using Smashing Hammer)
~Helmet of Xenix (or Bahmou Gauntlets if using Smashing Hammer)
~Sabertooth Necklace
~Reborn Elemental Earth Hammer
~Sekhs Armor
~Sekhs Shield
~Sabertooth Ring
~Skaldirs Frostbitten Steps
~Rune of Libitalia

not going to give setups away but its possible to get 20 k dam at 500 now with 4 sets its also possible to get 13 k dam at 400 with 4 sets
over 30 k dam at level 710 as well again with 4 sets

Treeman set 500 seems to be escaping a lot of notice.

Can't seem to find a iem with Bat in it, but found Gnok set that fills it up to.

I added the level 1000 setup and 1160 setup.

Thanks for that, looked over it, am reviewing the setups for levels 300-350. Your level 300 setup is 200 damage points weaker.

Your level 300 setup is also lower in damage than the level 280 setup, but I know better ones.
