Zukira, as you must know all the cards have different descriptions and each one have a bunch of itens that needs to be covered. Exemplifying: Death card needs a squeleton horsemen holding a flag with a flower on it, and dead people on the floor. Moon or Sun is a plus.

My question is: the details need to be covered or anything that relate to the card name does? I'm pretty sure a lot of people will vote on the pretiest entry, doesnt matter if it matches with the card description or not

The descriptions you might find on wiki are just a general idea. I've seen death cards that have a phoenix in flames instead. The meaning is the important part. Each card is an aide to reading past, present, and future and do not need to conform to a 'description' so much as they need to have elements that will convey the meanings or keywords that are associated with the card.

world of difference between each of these

just for example ;) The wiki's descriptions seem to be straight up Rider-Waite specific. http://www.aeclectic...ds/rider-waite/

me thinks the death card will be a popular choice, and considering the options it's also one of the easier ones.

Time will tell. Each card has a different story to tell, so while -I- might find that one particularly appealing. I admit, death is one of my favorite cards because of it's meaning. The shadowscapes tarot in particular is a beautiful portrait of the ideas it encompasses. Some cards are going to be more appealing to folks than others as to what they want to tackle.

not sure what program you use, but i downloaded the "Achilles" font from this site & put into my font folder in my GIMP program. It works just fine for doing Roman Numerals.

hope it helps.......

wasn't what i meant. could we use numbers from other languages such as 12345..., 一二三四五..., ১২৩৪৫..., ༡༢༣༤༥..., ໑໒໓໔໕..., ੧੨੩੪੫... etcetera or does it have to be Roman Numeral?

think I'll just go with Roman Numerals anyway so doesn't really matter.

Roman numerals are the traditional style. I've decks that use other number systems but unless a different number style adds to the piece traditional (roman) is preferred

The best one?

Ask your guildmates to vote on them and enter the one that gets the most votes.

I only made one for the competition, I'd rather go back to a piece to try and improve it than make another.

While I appreciate the compliment, thats really offensive to everyone else in this competition. Honestly, I've never made it past the 1st round of the GGT.

the first 3 rounds will be scored out, with the totals determining some eliminations after, allowing an 'off' week for someone without it eliminating them from competing.

This is my 1st time in the GGT, I will probley be eliminated after 1st round but I don't care. I am just happy to be in the competition. I made 4 & entered the one I thought represented the name the best.

I just thought of something Zukira. With the size of our entries and so many entered the voting thread is going to be huge even before we get voters :P.
