hey everyone I am playing Eldevin using the Jar client on Linux my Java is up to date but once i've logged in and close my character it gets stuck on loading splash.

I had the same problem. Log in works but halts when trying to load my character splash, the music plays.
Currently troubleshooting with the diagnostic tool. Clear cache, if it happens again i'll try preloading. Then go from there.

ah posted about same thing. Idk if you want another wall of text though. I did run the diag. tool and it said everything was fine but I keep trying with the same results. I use the 64bit win version, hc client.
Slow but steady wins the race or something like that.
I'm just taking it slow, not sure about the steady.

Not sure if its the same issue coded based or not but whenever i open the client Through steam and press play it gets stuck at logging in , this appeared after the new patch/update

Yea ive been trying to fix it myself aswell , running the diag doesnt work , clearing cache doesnt work , so far no succes.. will let you all know if i find the issue.

I'm having same problem, I've downloaded through the website/steam and neither is working properly for me.
It will load to 100% but when I press play it freeze's on connecting screen but plays the sound of birds chirping.
if I click the top blue bar as if I were to move the game client around my screen,
it then brings me to the screen where I should normally see my accounts/serves I want to play on,
but none of these show up only a picture of my character and the background of trees frozen.
when I go to click the exit out button or right click on my tool bar at bottom to exit it will not. only way to get client closed off screen its to CRTL+ ALT+ DEL it.
anyone have some solutions yet :S?

Hey awesome to see all the activity on my post! also I am playing with the jar Client on Ubuntu 14.04
but I have bad news now with the update once I have logged in and have chosen my character it just goes to a black screen and does nothing, can anyone relate and help with this bug?
Also here is the Log everything seems to look to be working fine no errors.
