I have played this game for awhile now, yes its P2W and I've had some good times, but when a clan/guild, whatever you want to call it has a game developer in it that gives that clan/guild free shit, its just stupid/unfair and not to mention down right disgusting of a company to do such a thing.

I suppose this company doesn't give a shit as long as money keeps coming in and thread probably get locked and forgotten and more likely I would get banned, but i though others should know!

We keep detailed logs of everything carried out within the game (including the actions of our development team), and we can assure you that none of our developers are helping out any alliances in any way.

That is correct. I played in Alpha one in an an alliance that had a developer In. No way did they help the alliance. They were there for feedback on game improvements And bugs. Nothing Else.

Hard to believe any developers have actually played the game, given the severe imbalances and crappy enhancements like the Mothership.


In Zeta 1 some players had titan tanks that they said were given to them. When we complained, they were taken away by the admins. So if the developer player didn't give them, who did?

We're sorry to hear that you feel this way.  We do appreciate your feedback on the game, and even if it is negative it is something we would like to improve upon in future. 

 

Also regarding your second concern - it was just one player that was involved, and it was due to an error on our end which we apologised for.  Once the problem was brought to our attention, we removed the units and compensated the player for the trouble.

 the suggestions post has been up for 5 months already,and not one of the suggestions have been applied,i mean comn... do something

We're very sorry if you've experienced any delay in response to your ticket.  There has been a higher volume of tickets than usual since the latest update, and some tickets require more thorough investigation.  We'll definitely do our best to help players out more swiftly in the future!

Maybe it's not about giving free items to players but in a bit crappy real cash shop system which automatically promotes rich ones? ;o
