My problem is now lasting for 1-2 weeks i am not finding any solution did everything!.
I am not able to play from 1-2 weeks ago .Seem like i wont be able to play anymore.
I QUIT!

i got a latest news for you ! yesterday i visited my relative's house there i was able to acces my account and the game was working fine for me.Java was up to date no old java version no caches and server as open from all sides and not under any proxy .Same with my computer then why i cant run it?

Just run cmd.exe first and then type the command in there and it will stay open. 

Can you open a command prompt/terminal and type: ping cdn.eldevin.com

 

Then post the results.

when i ping it.it gives upto three results and closes imeediately i only lasts 3 seconds so i dont get time to copy it

I would clear the Java cache again it is almost always worth doing and is the only thing that is known to break things specifically related to Eldevin.
