are guild names covered by copyright laws or can we pick anything we like ?
only asking cause looks like Bohemia may settle out of court in nz with disney about the clan name dispute in one of there games ?

Hi there.
Generally speaking, you should not use copyrighted names as if the rights holder places a complaint, we'd change the Guild name as a matter of course. It is best to come up with something original.

possibly OP is talking about article 13?
