Which is what the game will soon be. No real responses from admins on many issues: game balance, multi account cheaters. I guess they figure it's easier to churn new players than keep ones they already have.

Without major changes it will just be a few idiots with more cheats or money than sense. And yes, I know the admins say there are no cheats, but they are just fooling themselves. They encourage multi accounts when the TOS clearly prohibits. Cheats to gain currency outside the game are being used.

Sadly game is just a money grab that has seen the last dime they will from me.

Hi Buffarilla,

Sorry to hear you're not too happy with the game.  We are definitely here and listening to players' concerns though.  :)

Game balance is of high importance to us, and is something that the development team are currently working on improving with future game updates.  As you may already know, playing on multiple accounts is not actually against our rules and it would be hard to punish players for doing this.  If you have any further concerns regarding this issue, could you please make a ticket with support?

Thanks for the response, but something is out of sync.  Here is the language from your TERMS OF USE.

The player agrees that he/she will only create one game account. If we detect a player has created more than one account, we reserve the right to terminate all accounts which the player has created. If any player is found using multiple accounts to complete Game Point Rewards will be instantly terminated from our Sites, if the Points have been used to create or fund a guild, or guild upgrades it is also possible that the guild may be, at our discretion, removed from the game.

Hey Buffarilla,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.  What you've quoted is from the Terms of Use for our other games which use Hunted Cow accounts to login such as Eldevin, Fallen Sword and Gothador.

We can understand why this may be confusing for New Earth players, and we'll escalate this to management so that they can look into updating the Terms of Use for Operation: New Earth.  ^_^  Sorry for the confusion on this.

Could you perhaps provide a link to the "New Earth TOU" ,this way the players know exactly what they are allowed to do.

I can't stress enough how immediate the need is to have this addressed and resolved. It has become an exasperating tactic for little nothing alliances to create, LITERALLY,dozens of new accounts and teleport them into hives to break them up. This is NOT adding any value at all to the game. These players ARE destroying servers and I WILL get iTunes to refund my purchases over this without a second thought or a glance backwards. Those extra accounts are just dropped and forgotten. Nobody is playing them.

Players are starting new accounts on the new region, completing the tutorial and then using the region teleport to strategically move their new level 2 base to a position within an enemy hive on their home region and then abandoning their new player shield. They are doing this with DOZENS  (not and exaggeration) of level 2 bases until they are all linked together to cut off the enemy hive and cause them to lose the land. Since it takes 20 attacks to destroy even a level 2 base it is not practical to destroy the bases to save the land. Even if you destroy just one to break the chain, the others eventually flip the locked land to neutral. These bases/ alt accounts are not being played at all. They are built for the singular purpose of destroying an enemy hive and subsequently abandoned. This process is being recycled as much as the players desire as there seems to be no limit. To put it in perspective, one alliance has lost over 10,000 sectors in just over 28 hours. Others are well on their way to losing all they have worked to build. THIS is one reason why all other games don't allow more than one character per player/per region. It ALWAYS gets abused and now it is driving away people that actually play while also preventing new players from starting accounts as I assume there are a finite number of bases allowed per region.

There were times that i considered quitting, because there was no end to attacks from the big guys, that just kill an alien(using boosts) and teleport in,this way they can smash a whole alliance in hours. I'm pretty sure i have lost 20 or so players(the server's population went from medium to low in the past month,) just quitting the game because of this. While these actions have calmed down(at least on my server),it is still an issue, there is absolutely no protection for the small players against big-(eg. 20m or less vs 200m or more). One way to solve this is have aliens no longer break territory.

But it is true,a change needs to happen with balances soon,or you will loose your longstanding free players

There is now strong evidence to suggest that this action is being completed through the use of scripts. These bases are now being instantly replaced upon being destroyed. No sooner does the old base teleport out than a new base is there again. Over and over and over again. Good job guys, you gave the community the tools to destroy the game.

Thanks for all the feedback on this guys.

Just to clarify our stance on this. The TOS as it is presented on this website does say that you may only create one account in each of our games. In Operation: New Earth we have chosen not to enforce this rule and have made that fact public knowledge. However, we do still reserve the right to terminate accounts (as outlined) if we feel they're being created in order to circumvent any rules that we've laid out. We've been reading your tickets and forum posts concerning this and we know it's something you're worried about. We will be discussing it internally to see what (if any) action we'll be taking.

Thanks for the response, but this demonstrates a lack of understanding of the issue and how it is negatively impacting game play.  Even if you decide to enforce the one account rule, terminating the alt accounts is not an effective solution as they are not being played once they teleport.  The fix for this is really quite easy:

  • Don't allow newly created accounts to teleport to a different region for at least 48 hours after creation.  This will slow down the spamming of enemy alliance lands with alt accounts.
  • After teleporting a newly created account to a different region, drop the shield for 24 hours.  This will at least allow the alliance being targeted to destroy the base before it converts alliance land.

The real solution is to temporarily halt region teleporting IMMEDIATELY while you sort this out.
It is unrealistic for an alliance to be able to destroy 75, 100, 150 bases before any of them recapture their land. The other issue is that a level 2 base has the same 5,000 base health as a level 22 base. It should not take 20 attacks to destroy these extremely low level bases. Will developers please commit to putting a temporary freeze on region teleporting? By the time you receive a ticket, investigate the claim that it is an abusive alt, then terminate the account it will have already destroyed a hive with the help of the other couple hundred accounts this person dropped there.
