Try to submit that as a ticket in General Support, maybe someone is checking that more often than once a year.....

I agree with marjin. Hcs only has 3 ppl to run the entire business it seems and none of them even remember Gothador is on of their projects unless someone throws something or lights their tails on fire. Tickets will be in Que for weeks or months usually. They don't have enough people for good customer service or to even run all their products let alone deal with any customers from them usually. Back when they had a full staff it was amazing.

i put in 2 tickets for one issue recently/. the fact that i cannot buy a gift sub for a friend. and i put it in a general knowledge thread that can be seen in the overview forums. haha. one more here won't hurt
