Bug Report question (and Zendesk)

Main point of this thread: Can I report a bug to Zendesk or should I report it elsewhere? i made a video of the bug. Can I just PM the bug to someone?

Please do not post Support correspondence in the Forums or anywhere else. These should all be reported to Zendesk where it is being looked at.

Annoying forum image-pasting issue

All I did was paste images into the edit box. But when I hit "Post New Topic" I got this message "You are not allowed to use that image extension on this community." (and of course it removed all the images I pasted.) Wasting my time. What the hell extension isn't allowed? .png? Just makes it harder to communicate to Hunted Cow.

Special/Bought Troops problem/issue/bug

The troops you buy from packs go into the Bunker, RECALL TROOPS tab. I didn't know that. I had checked but I guess I forgot to press the Recall Troops tab ***shrugs***


Good shard pack?

So, what shard packs do you think are good for their value? I'm assuming the earlier you are in the game, the more use they have. I play on steam.
