i have 5 squigmar vials and slots 0-19. each slot cost 2 usps. 2 slots max per player. the winner will be decided by the amount of points the Celtics score vs Bulls on march 17th (this is to ensure i do not just pick someone i like etc) the numbers start at even multiples of 10 for example 60=0,79=19, 80=0, 99=19, 100=0 i've guestimated the odds and each number has an equal chance. my miner (Shrivenal) is parked at Bellona nexus. if the slots do not fill by game time the speed will be returned to the participants.

I take it you mean:

1 = 1,21,41,61,81,101 ...
2 = 2,22,42,62,82,102 ...

etc.

Is this the total score, Celtics score or score difference?

I would rather say that you do your maths, and put your name on all the empty slots, Now if the all the lottery comes to the ones you hold, the vials are yours and you keep the USPs, but if they come for the other numbers, then you give it to them, I think that is fair enough. Isnt it?

Well at least the Bulls won. I thought it was weird to have the Celtics come in to Chicago on St. Patrick's Day, since they always wear the green jerseys(the Bulls).
