wasnt previously fight.   I was at full health upon entering the bank made a trade walked away and came back to this.  

On a funny note Sareth shortly after this screen shot asked me where I got that emote from and then left the bank not reviving me lol

Hmmm, that's happened to me before (Dying in the bank)

 

 

But my story was, i was doing Sacred Valley.

 

And everyone ended up dying (Me being the last to die)

 

Well as i was running around i must of clicked Backspace, or something which logged me off/Refreshed the Page.

 

When i returned, i was in the bank dead.

 

You might have been in the same Scenario...

 

I don't think you can just die @ the bank lol, unless..

 

you were poisoned or something similar that takes off damage, then ran to the Bank.

 

 

 

And as for the player who did not Revive you.

 

If you died a similar method as me, that player can't revive you.

 

it'll give them a message something like...Target not Found

i can tell that something like fire elemental thing appeared, and veronique died. Dunno what it was. I was at the bank in her last moments.

I see you're on the stage of New Ideas where you need to deliver the explosives to Guard Kielan. I also see a 2x2 gap in your inventory which is where the explosives may have been? Dante told you to be quick, didn't he?

 

I believe that when you pick up this stage you get a status effect that's a timer for the explosives going off. 20 minutes I think it was. It's removed if you hand the explosives over in time. I'm not positive the quest still does this, but I know in beta we used to blow you up if you weren't quick enough.

 

I suspect that was the case here.

The subtitle you have describing your tracked quest indicates that you hadn't. Did the quest advance normally when you gave over the explosives? This could be a bug with that quest we need to look into.

im not sure its been awhile now but I do remeber after picking up the explosives going straight to the den and dropping them off.
