The only way to do this is the down-and-dirty way.
If you've got an inactive Alliance member, who has an their main facility in your Hive, you have two options:
1. Let them keep their spot in the Hive and on your roster, in case they ever return.
2. Kick them from the Alliance, then organize the Alliance to destroy their Facility. Once you've destroyed their facility, it'll be removed from the Map. (It'll respawn somewhere randomly the next time they launch the game)
If the player is protected by a shield, you'll have to wait until it is disabled. A New player gets a shield for the first 4 days, so depending how long they had been playing before going inactive, you may have to wait a day or two.
Yes, this could be considered a d-move if they ever came back, but many alliance outline rules for extended absences. For example: "If you're going to be inactive for more than 48 hours, please let us know."
Plus, you're only doing this because they haven't returned, and its possible that they wont.
Good luck out there!
