I still like Farming more than the brain-dead fishing; if there´s anything that really gets on my nerves it´s the constant pruning, not once, not twice but even three or four times a harvest on higher lvl seeds, with dust even. What was the point of giving us the option of farming multiple plots when high lvl mats are literally impossible to do on more than two anyway...and you still loose to disease even with the scarecrow when the RNG hits...which it does a lot. Then the need to water twice, which just adds on to the tediousness as if pruning was not enough of a bother.
And then there´s the fun fact of plots reseting in very weird times...when farming multiple plots on more difficult seeds they could use more time staying active.
Levelling without going for jute, coarse and cotton to gain "easy" exp through weaving is impossible at best (and who´s not going for tailoring like me is just at a loss about what to do with the cloth outside dailies), 200-300xp for two minutes of constant running around a single farm plot, that´s ridiculous.
But in the end, as I said, I do like farming because it isn´t just mindless one-clicking at a node like everything else. With a little tweak here and there, pruning, reseting and the overall exp perhaps, it´d be just fine imho
Edit: Not to mention that unlike everything else, no farming on TA = no smuggled farm goods, which is for some people a huge burden...literally a burden on crops stacking up to 10 filling up your bag(s) in no time...that should be adressed in some way (as a gatherer myself I am stacked up on sacks but this really makes you wonder about the pay2prosper thing, because that´s hugely convenient, more so than in other gathering cases). Don´t add it on TA lol but perhaps increase the stacking at least? Same goes for skinning. Or just shut the damn murder nodes island down, easy solution, mwuhe This way it is a bit unfair to farmers/skinners
