I do like the by-level view in the quest book, but it would be really good if it could remember its place on the list.
Currently, if you look at a quest (to remember what comes next) and then go back to the list, you end up back at the top of the list and have to scroll down to find where you had got to. In a long list, when trying to work out what quests you can now progress with, that gets a bit finicky and tedious.
Given so many quests from level 20 onwards seem to span a number of levels (can't progress with the quest until you reach level nn) this is a frequent mode of action with the quest book
