This is BAD for the game.anything that takes you out of the game to use other things that the game doesn't provide is an overhead.

• There should be cross-server chat channels. For events,trading,etc.

channel like "/joing crossserver" should be available to all the players on every server. and should pop up in the world chat tab.

You already have the option to make your own chat channels, Eldevin should improve on that.

solo should be like daily thing, done only once per day. That give you small amount of money and currency.

2.)What they need to add is more and fun content. like 10-20man dungeons.

I am not against story mode, let there be one for every dungeon in-game, but make it a daily lock thing. each done can only be done once per day.
