Using account from mobile app in browser

Started playing on the mobile app. after a while i tried continuing on the browser version, but my account on the same email come out as a new user, is there any way to add the account from the mobile app to the browser?

You must link your account in the app before using the browser version, I believe.
However, your best bet is to submit a ticket to support so they can help you sort everything out.  You can access the ticket system by clicking "Support" in the top bar, or "Contact Us" at the bottom of any HCS page.

Yep, that's what I had to do. Link it in app and then you can log into the browser.

Unfortunately, the disconnect between your mobile app and browser versions may be due to differences in their mobile app development and web application systems. You may need to contact customer support to merge or sync your accounts for seamless cross-platform access.
