About respec CD I say leave it.

At time of your first respec you will have far more idea what is good for you.

I think adjusting the size of frames, or allowing the player to adjust would probably be the best option. since what oldben said about the keybinds and this being a browser base game. or some how make the clicking more responsive at any rate.

Custom frames could save some nerves for more intense fights or make life more easier. But better responsive is really welcome to.
