Hello Gothadorians, i'm having trouble with the Unholy Darkness quest. I went through all 9 levels killing the creatures and not one of them dropped a bone when I killed it. I got the Undead Yvew Soul Stone on level 10, then went back to level 1 again, and the first Dark One I killed dropped a bone which I collected. I continued to level 2 but after killing 15 bone crushers still no bone has been dropped yet. Is this a glitch or am I just being impatient :?:

Impatient. I have no idea what the drop rates are, but that sounds pretty normal. Any necros know the exact percentage?

Droprates in the cells seem to swing. Sometimes i get a bone in every spawn, somethimes I haven't gotten any for days.

Don't complain and don't be impatient.
Drop rates were actually increased. I got my bones before the drop rates were increased though, and had to kill 75 bone crushers before I got 1 bone. So yeah, patience is a virture.

I don't mind waiting at all. I was just unsure if they were meant to drop every time they were killed or not.
Certainly wasn't complaining. I thought it might be a glitch and just wanted to check. For a pretty new character it takes a lot of time and AP to move around a level especially in a PVP zone were you can be killed and sent half your AP bar away from where you were at any time [rant, rant]... But I wasn't complaining :wink:

Don't feel bad. I had to kill hundreds of some baddies just for 1 bone. :x
Others took me three kills.
All it takes is time and patience. Good luck with it.

if youre still in the cells after 30 levels (like I was) then is the time to panick

No panic, as you can see by my icon, the mission is complete. Using creature locate was a great help Handy if you can get some mates to help to kill stuff too (does that class as cheating?)
