I was in game for a little bit earlier in the evening and I noticed this npc's speech text was happening when I was in places around ec where this shouldn't be happening. here you can see this is being said while I was in the bank.

Slow but steady wins the race or something like that.
I'm just taking it slow, not sure about the steady.

you can even hear it in adera forest
he should talk quieter or marry the woman

I've had a talk with him. He's promised to be a little quieter in the future.
If you guys find any more NPCs with unnaturally loud voices, let me know and I'll have words with them too.
