We're aware of these issues using ATI cards, all the non-power of two textures get scrambled atm.

 

We're working on getting the software fallback to work again, so people could still play.

Additionally, as mentioned earlier in the thread, if your resurrection is cancelled during the cast for whatever reason(such as moving or clicking), it should not activate the 5 minute cooldown.

 

This will be changed in the next patch and will only trigger the cooldown if the spell succeeded.

We now provide a simple diagnostics tool with Eldevin for people that have problems with the game.
The tool should automatically update itself when you update the Eldevin client and can be found in the installation directory.
 
Run eldevindiag.jar by double clicking or by command line: 
java -jar eldevindiag.jar
Features
  • Clear the Java web cache and Eldevin cache
  • Validate files in the Eldevin cache (only deletes invalid files)
  • Preload game files (download all the game files)
  • Display System Information
  • Run Diagnostics
  • View log files (New)
  • Change graphics settings (New)
You do not need to have the Eldevin client installed to run this tool. You can run it if you use the browser version as well.

This will be in the next patch. When you logout it will save the window positions for you. It will be stored on your local machine only.

I'm happy to change it as it probably wasn't intentional. A lot of creatures are setup differently and there are no set rules for normal creatures, some may have lower aggro range in low level areas and some assist and some don't.

Look at my last log in to the game,(this last update). So unless it was hot fixed since then,i'm guessing this is still a problem.

Also this might be a good hint to start doing full descriptions and full detailed labels and info on patch notes as those patches come out.

It was in the patch notes that doesn't need to be any more detailed does it? "PvP now requires both players to be in a PvP zone" that is as clear as it gets.

 

I'll go and check the server and see if it's broken myself now.

 

Edit: Tested on the "last update" and it is fixed.

Pretty sure that is no longer possible? Before you actually say that we didn't fix it, did you bother to actually check whether it was fixed?

 

Both players now need to be in PvP zones before you can attack them.
