Faction Dead / New Founder

me an my husband started assault 101 then i left the game not sure when he left but i came back today to see everyone else left the game also an ive been moved to a vet rank. if there is no one one to support my mutiny how do i get my founder spot back ?? plz help too much invested to let the faction just die!!

not sure if i posted it in the right spot but i was wandering if we might have a Halloween event this year.... an if so maybe a insight one what kind of monsters to expect or some kinda hint to them anyhow???
