the teleporter in the Coucil Study doesn't work

I am having the same problem, i have completed 8/9 tasks for "Gathering Knowledge" and all i have to do is report to Albrecht in the Council study, but 3 times now the teleporter doesn't work.  Please fix.

Are you sure you are standing on the correct one? There are several which are out of order, and only one that works.

I have tried again using the Europe server, still no success.

Thanks for the reports guys. We've tracked the problem and you should have a fix with our next update.

i can use the teleporter but no one is in the room. Can't talk to an NPC that isn't there, can't get further into the quest.

No quest marker either: the little arrow on mini-map and the purple "?" are missing. That part isn't such an issue to me personally but i thought it might point up something that went wrong in my quest.

Got another bugged quest now. Don't know the name 'cause i can't get to the guy inside a tent. Clearly he has a quest for me. A yellow  !  is visible from outside. But there's no way to reach him. (for the first time in my life i'm too *tall*!)

u have to talk to the dude standing outside .. he lets u in .. its not a bug

You also have to have done the correct quest line before, otherwise it isn't available

I'm having this same issue. Can't even start the 'Curiosity Killed The' quest since there is no Archmage Albright in the room/

Oops. Never thought of that. All the other quests so far i had to start at the  !   Wonder why this one is done differently. Guess i better start looking around for more that i may have missed.
