The mana and health emitters along with psychic training are not working for cults. Exchanges aren't changing amounts and the moving exchange in the frozen north isn't moving. Items at the auction haven't been changing.
Who knows, maybe it's me that is broke and not the game

he is not that tough to kill really. My level 3000 mage used to have the most kills.
Square spell is the only way to do it, and if I recall they upped Grim's HPs a while back.
NPC #19 I think he is, if you wish to look up the stats.

I'm locked out of the game again. 
I was playing during your fix and got stuck in constant refresh. Now once again I can't log onto the game.
