So when do we recieve the items that we get with the
founders packages. During the launch ? It's been a week and I was just
wondering.

Digital items within the Founder Packs will be delivered when the game is released (estimated Q4 2013), with the exception of the Founder Badge which will be activated instantly on your forum account.
Physical items will be shipped within 4 weeks of the game launch. Note some items may be shipped sooner.
