Double xp event is good, Could notice more players online and more activity throughout the game.

Reasons why it should stay 2 times a year

-Gives boost for low-level players that are far from EOC.

-Active Market as some players sell stuff to spend dots also changes in gold value and some items.

-I can notice more interactions between players to plan perfectly for this event.

-More contests inside guilds.

-More people buying fsps from offers and more spending while flash sales included.

 What is your reason to remove it?

 No one likes slow pace leveling in such a huge level-range game...

I have been struggling with this issue and you guys tell me it is my network...

I think you need to check with CloudFlare service you are using if it is not the servers.

Should "Unresolved" battles count as losses?

I think if a conflict between two players is unresolved, neither guild should have a loss. It should just be unresolved and not count towards a hit, similar to the way an unresolved on a bounty kill doesn't count.

This makes sense... Unresolved combat shouldn't count as a win or loss.

GvG isn't alright when you just see a small guild of 5 players dominating it or farming RP of other guilds with minimal effort...

I understand numbers shouldn't always win and it is more about how experienced you are.

but it is clear a lot of players here are worried about their benefits rather than worried about the game's aspect itself is dead.

I would like to see a trial of those changes to see if that will increase the activity

Waiting patiently for Arena update

What really happened so people worried about the ladder now?

Tons of players got their dominance medals at lower ladders without giving any noticeable effort

The problem has been there since The ladder added to the game  more clones and more inactive players sitting on ladders and the players who win brag about their medals from hitting players who don't return hits...

It is really discouraging when these players come to the forum and start pointing fingers at you for playing the game as it was built.

All Ladders below EOC /low-level ladders are getting farmed without any real competition...

I think this would constitute dumbing down the game: it would make something previously harder and/or tedious much easier.

 

I say this as a titan hunter who was within 50K of ruby when the titan doubler came out. I got ruby 2 weeks later, maybe less. I put in serious hours for those lower level titan medals. Folk who have earned diamond titan after the doubler came into existence have no idea how hard it was, or what the 6 hour grind you needed to do to secure the terror titan meant, when you were waiting, for hours, for a guild team to drop in and steal it. And sometimes they did, and you just had to suck it up. 1 HP at a time. I look back now and wonder why I bothered.

We are seeking new players, we can't force them to play the way we played 10 years ago
 especially players using FS app,
 

My medal, your medal, his medal everyone's medal is worthless if we don't have an active game.

For example, look at the arena, i earned the first 10k wins in the hardest way when we had like 30 tourneys spawning only, and now more tourneys spawning and i don't care if new players earn their wins in the easier way and i can confirm many players joined Arena nowadays.

I hope some change happens to the ladder to stop players from promoting inactivity!

Sorry for off topic but everything connected together when it comes to stamina spending.

I personally can't negate any change that helps others to stay active or get more active.

 

Been long time to get anything new in Arena

Shindrak made a good point: nowadays, having arenas with epics, or without, is pretty much irrelevant. Its the same division of gameplay.

 

Only in very limited ranges they come in handy and they are not that decisive. Reasonable alternatives can be found amongst items of "lower" rarities.

 

The reworked epics are already very powerfull on their own, so Im expecting to see them being used way more in arenas than their ancestors.

How much more, I cannot say at this time. There are still not that many available to reach a conclusion on this.

 

Having some with HP would potentialize their use even more. They would be really perfect to be used as filler items.

 

If that would happen, then yes, arenas with epics would be on another different division, than arenas without epics.

 

I just have two concerns:

 

i.) That they would become so decisive, that arenas with epics would become like a small private club, just for players who can afford these new epics;

This concern, mixed with the fact that there are not that many arena players around, would not help in making arenas with epics a very active part of the game, neither attractive for anyone willing to try or begin playing in arenas;

 

ii.) That you Cows would start prioritazing Epics as ideal items to have just a bit of 100 HP.

 

Competion requires that, even in less powerfull items, there are alternatives for HP.

And by alternatives Im not thinking about 1000s of HP on a single item.

We have hundreds of those, all of them junk, not competitive and completely useless for any purposes of gameplay.

 

Lower ranges <1500 +/- have hundreds of items that have just a bit of HP. Items in all types, forms and rarities.

Those were the ideal ones for arenas and they are a great contribution to arena competiveness.

 

However, it seems that somewhere along the way you Cows forgot how to make more of them above level 1500 +/-, and all the HP we see above that range is either in 1000s HPs or as a set bonus.

 

If 100 HP would become an exclusivity of new/reworked epics, would be simply tragic.

I understand your concerns.
but currently, the game is in a very easy state and all items are easy to obtain by everyone except maybe the "RP epics" since they are rare and expensive but we have other epics that cover this.

If someone is serious about playing Epics-allowed tourneys they will do titan hunting and SE hunting to obtain their own epics!

We already have a load of tourneys  about 40 non-epic and 40 with epic
 Maybe can suggest increasing non-epic tourneys to 60 while keeping 40 for epic tourneys.

As I said HP stat can be added to epics not necessary for all of them  " just some epics"

I like the part where you have to play other aspects to improve your main aspect!

This is good for game activity! I can notice this clearly more players hunting titans and more hunting SEs to get their revamped epics.

Given the boosted stats and the same level requirement (assuming the level requirement hasn't changed) then there's no need to make them even more powerful ?

I think as booster items they're gonna be very overpowered as it is

Please explain how are they going to be overpowered?
 

The new cow epics all have hp stat and they still can't match with LE /SE sets and we aren't looking to make them as powered as full sets.

The point is to make epics really epic .

What did we get from revamping epics?

1. More active titan hunting and SE hunting for misc items.

2. Better value of epics
3. More stamina gain across all levels, more stamina gain means more activity
4. Inventor II doesn't work on those recipes which are good to burn some of the flooded epics in the game.
