i was wounder if this quest is bugged or just unable to do right now due to lvl cap
quest name ----------- vitonight crystals
quest start level ------ lvl 6
quest objective ------ talk to quartermaster delarion
went to go talk to delarion he doesnt do anything really

While you receive the quest at lvl 6, doesn't the [44 - 45] indicates that you cannot complete until level 44 or 45?

Payn - Templar - lvl 16
Jinx - Mage - lvl 10
