Can't seem to find it anywhere, and I need it for my Alchemy daily. The other 3 forageables of the tier are findable (though blueberries are somewhat scarce), and I have found items from higher tiers, but Balan Leaf is completely missing in the areas where the others are available.
An oversight?

Did foraging 1-16 yesterday (sick of not being able to use my alchemy since the fruit shop closed). Got a few more levels to go till I can pick them.
Bet they wont give me seeds though... Probably some sort of leaf. Can we plant leaves?

weird that they are used in pots for level 32 use but we have to be 34 before we can find a place that spawns them

Yeah, particularly when all the other ingredients are found in easy to access areas at lower levels.

i did not like having to fight for my life to forage for Balan Leaves HCS any chance of finding a safe place for us to be able to forage for this?? all other foraging items have safe areas to forage

I didnt think it was that hard to collect the leaves. Usually I start collecting then if I agro one, I kill it and then back to collecting. I kinda like the fact that the higher level foraging is in a more dangerous area, make potions rarer to get.

I'm leaning towards agreeing with dragon on this, but that may have to do with both of us being very damage resistant. When gathering balan leaves I've just integrated mob farming into my foraging routine. I think, overall, it may be a good thing to make foraging more dangerous than it is at the lower levels. Greenreef, for example, makes the previous tier of potions incredibly easy to create en masse.

I found it fine too, aslong as I dont run around too much and take time to collect them I dont get too many after me. At the same time you can farm for drops which is nice.

i had a run through again tonight.. i've worked out a nice way to not agro too many critters managed to forages almost 200 leaves. shame i couldn't get any drops from the critters

In fact, there are lots of Balan Plants in Western Nasaroth, but they aren`t active yet.

Yes. I have finally gotten to Blossom Ridge, and started collecting these. Very dangerous collecting, but now my Alchemy daily has been restarted. The funny thing is, I found BR to be marginally easier then the Betex Expanse, even though BE is rated one level lower. BE is very laggy and it's hard to see what you are doing through all those treetops, or the hostile mobs you might be getting close to. (%$#$%#@ Midges).

Blossom Ridge is odd. The hardest hitting critter there is the deer, but they run like they have four broken legs. They're very slow. The owlbears on the other hand are much weaker than I expected. Make for nice, easy farming. Round them up a dozen at a time. Don't even ever need a rest or potions.
