Couldn't resist this one - but thought I'd put it in just one thread.
Personally I'd have to say the extensive repetition of arguments with little sense of progression, and too little meeting of minds that were divided.
PS (added as edit) If you think this thread is just cynical, or critical, then maybe I could rephrase it to ask what is needed (or needs to be avoided) to create a PVP thread that succeeds in improving the game for everyone.

more input from all the cows on pvp, and what can be done to create a compromise that makes everyone kinda happy...hard to please all..but it would be nice to see everyone try..and get a compromise..cow input is needed tho..so we all know the boundaries of what can be done and cant be done

The reason I participate in the threads is to avoid what happened with the introduction of the Smashing Medal. Not sure how that awful idea got introduced into the game but it was a disaster (If it was the forum then I am even more justified being here). Some still think it was the greatest thing to happen in a long time but if it were true, I don't think HCS would have quickly reversed the rules on how it worked. Others disagree but IMHO, there are far more folk in the forums who want changes like what the original incarnation of the smasher medal did.

There will be a successful one when the finite sides all agree on something... All you will see is "I'm right and you're not" along the sarcasm, and baiting of our lovely community.
Some will say it's broke, some others will not... There is no fix coming from the players, that's for sure

The constant bickering... Please please please, if you must bicker, there are these things called private messages, either here or in game. Have a lively conversation, more power to you, but personally, I'm sick of seeing everybody acting like they're 10 years old and in the school yard.

I like the community chatting on how to make improvements with great potential. 
I dislike all the limited understanding of other players positions on how game is played with flamage added to comments.

Players pointing problems on all threads, and never trying to reach a common sense or a solution lol.
The only thing PVPers do is to try to make small changes, and all that some players do is point out the are the PvPers.
