Why would you want them switched? I think most are doing a great job. The only complaints (minor) would be the inconsistent application of the rules. If that's the biggest problem we are having then they have been doing great IMHO.

I rarely ever see them on chat actually. so a lot of rule breaking does go on that doesn't get addressed.
Also, from a hierarchy point of view, I'm not liking player / staff vs player dynamic at all. I think that just leads to problems going forward.
