In my opinion, the mechanics for the reset on the daily token quests prevents you from using the tokens gathered from the previous day just as much as it "robs" you of the tokens that you gathered at the present day.
See, if (for example) the reset is at 00:00 and you entered TA at 23:58 and haven't gathered any tokens. If you didn't get out of TA and started gathering at 00:01 then the game still doesn't count those tokens you got even when they were gathered after the reset. If the intention is to prevent players from using tokens from the previous day, then at the same time it also prevents players from using the tokens gathered at the present day. Unless ofc the player goes out after the reset, to TRULY reset the daily quest.
Given that the message flashes on the player's screen that the daily quest has been reset even when he/she is in TA without any instruction to go out of TA to truly reset, gives the player the right to assume that the tokens would already count should he/she deposit them. Also at the same time makes it feel like a bug, and IMO seems like a bug to me.
If the intention is to prevent players from using the tokens from the previous day, why is it that if you haven't finished the quest and gathered 12/50 and didn't complete for days when you come back to it it'll still be 12/50 and not 0/50. If I do remember correctly, please do correct me if I'm wrong on that.
